Quest Equi-System

Design – The perfect balance of a shorter composite coat (all three layers are 32”) and a traditional waist pant (without bib panel or back rise). Maximum overlap is maintained i.a.w. NFPA 1500 by the deep-cut gussetted sleeve design.

Outer shell – “Omni45”™, a blend of Basofil® fiber and para-aramid fiber proven to ­block heat better . Rip-stop weave for strength,

Moisture barrier – CROSSTECH™ Membrane, laminated to a 3.2 oz./sq. yd. woven Nomex IIIA fabric, provides unmatched durability & breath-ability performance.

Thermal barrier –“Omni-Quilt”™, a 100% Meta-aramid face cloth with a single layer of Basofil fiber blend spunlace , weighing only 5.4 oz./sq. yd.

Reflective Trim – 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material, lime/yellow and silver and silver “Triple Trim”, offers the brightest, most durable protection. New York placement.

Interface Coverage - Extra layering in the overlapping collar, sleeve waterwell, a coat and pant storm flaps improves thermal protection.

Compression Resistance – Elbows, shoulders and knees are reinforced against heat transfer. Padding in shoulders and knees adds extra comfort. Ara-shield® over knees lengthens service life.

Pockets – on the coat: 8”x10”x2” semi-bellows on each side, radio pocket at chest - on the pant: 8”x8”x2” cargo on each thigh ALL pockets fully lined.

Standard features - Brass “breakaway” zipper closure, 6” wristlets, PASS/MIC clip, glove/utility strap, waist adjusters, reinforced cuffs. (Pant has reverse boot cut)
